Refund policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to todaystravel24@gmail.com. Refunds are processed based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled tour start time: 

  • 7 days or more before the tour: Full refund minus a 5% non-refundable processing fee. 
  • 48 hours to 6 days before the tour: 50% refund. 
  • Less than 48 hours before the tour or a No-Show: Non-refundable. 


For Concierge & Personalized Services

  • Concierge Service Fees: Fees paid for personalized itinerary planning, booking assistance, or other initial concierge services are non-refundable once work has begun (i.e., once you have received the first draft, proposal, or booking confirmation). 
  • Cancellation of Booked Services: Any third-party services (e.g., private transport, tickets) booked through our concierge service are subject to the individual supplier's cancellation and refund policies. We will provide those terms upon request and process any recoverable refunds on your behalf. 


General Conditions

  • Weather: Refunds or rescheduling are only offered if we cancel a tour due to extreme or dangerous weather conditions. 
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 15 business days.
